We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we loved creating them. In the case of your product being damaged due to shipping, you are automatically accepted for a return or an exchange. For domestic orders, you are able to exchange 30 days of delivery. For international orders, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Once we receive any exchanges or returns back please allow 7-10 business days for processing. A few things to note:

  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • In the process of ordering a hand-stamped product from darling grace, you understand that each necklace has a unique flare due to the product being handmade. If you are unhappy with your product, we ask that you explain why you are—so that we can understand your concern. But, in the process of this event, we are allowed to accept or decline your return request. If your return request is declined, we always offer the option of an exchange. 
  • For Exchanges: we always offer free shipping unless it is International shipping
  • For Returns: The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount (note: the return label will be free for the items that are damaged in transit).  

For all returns and exchanges, the shipping labels must be used/scanned in by USPS within 10 days of receiving the email containing the return shipping label. After that, the label is automatically voided. 

Please Note: Customized pieces are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Canada Customers: Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges on international orders, but we do accept returns.

To request for an exchange or return, we ask that you email darlinggracejewelry@gmail.com your order number and reason for your request. You will receive a follow-up email on the status of your request within 5 business days.
